3. LASH CREDIT REWARDS

By participating in the CoreLash Credit Rewards Program ("Lash Credits"), you agree to these Terms of Use and the additional program rules described below.

3.1 About Lash Credits

Lash Credits are loyalty rewards offered to CoreLash customers for purchases and qualifying actions. These credits are intended for promotional use and are not redeemable for cash.

3.2 How to Earn

Customers earn 5% back in Lash Credits on eligible purchases (excluding shipping, taxes, and gift cards).
Lash Credits are awarded at a rate of $1 = 1 credit.
Credits are typically available to use within 3 days of order completion.

3.3 Expiration

All Lash Credits expire 180 days from the date they are issued. Expired credits cannot be restored or redeemed.

3.4 Usage Rules

Lash Credits can be applied to future purchases on the Website.
Lash Credits are non-transferable and cannot be combined across multiple accounts.
Lash Credits may not be used in the same order they are earned.
Unused credits are forfeited upon account cancellation.

3.5 Program Changes

CoreLash reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the Lash Credit program at any time without prior notice. Changes may affect the value, redemption, or expiration of existing credits.

3.6 Referral+ Program

Participants in our referral program may earn rewards when friends sign up or make a purchase using a unique referral link.

Referral Program Rules:

Referral links must be shared through personal channels (e.g., direct message, email, social media).
Posting referral links to public coupon sites or forums is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
CoreLash reserves the right to void or withhold rewards in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

5.1 Subscriptions

If you subscribe to any CoreLash products or services, you agree to pay the subscription fees in effect at the time of each billing cycle, along with any applicable taxes. Subscription fees are billed automatically using the payment method on file. Unless canceled in advance, your subscription will auto-renew each month on the anniversary of your initial purchase. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize CoreLash to initiate recurring, non-refundable charges. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support@corelash.com.

5.2 Payment Methods

You are responsible for providing valid payment information, such as a credit card or payment account, and for keeping this information current. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases made, including applicable taxes and fees. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by us or required by law. If your payment method fails, we may suspend or cancel your access to our services.

Unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy or required by law, all fees and charges are non-refundable.

Except as otherwise provided in the arbitration section above, any legal actions or proceedings must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming. You and CoreLash agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objections to venue.

11.4 Class Action Waiver

You may only bring claims against CoreLash in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action. Consolidated proceedings are not allowed without CoreLash’s written consent.

If CoreLash updates this section, the changes will not apply to claims already filed before the effective date. We will notify you of changes by updating these Terms on our Website.
