RETURN POLICY
We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you're not satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. A non-negotiable $10 shipping and handling fee is the responsibility of the customer. Alternatively, you may choose to keep the item and request store credit instead of returning your purchase.
To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Final sale items, promotional products, or items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for return unless specifically noted.

Opened, used products, subscriptions, and digital items are not eligible for return.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
For customers concerned about allergies, we recommend purchasing our products at full price for initial testing and reviewing ingredient information beforehand. CoreLash products are formulated without formaldehyde, a common irritant found in traditional lash extensions. If you’d like to test a product and are unsatisfied, you have the option to either return for a refund (minus the shipping and handling fee) or keep the item and receive store credit instead. Please contact our team to discuss the best option for your situation.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Order Processing & Handling

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

After your order is packed and fulfilled, it will be shipped using the delivery method you selected at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number once it ships, which you can use to monitor the delivery status through your account, our support center, or your confirmation email. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the U.S.

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $32.
International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

Free international shipping on orders over $100.

Duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend selecting a secure delivery address. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance with filing a claim.
SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
By signing up for a CoreLash CLUB subscription, you agree to recurring charges as outlined during checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or as stated in your plan.

You may cancel anytime before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

CoreLash PROTECT (ORDER PROTECTION)
We offer optional shipping protection through CoreLash Protect.

If you added CoreLash Protect at checkout and your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us to file a claim.

Claims must be submitted within 10 business days from the expected delivery date.

CoreLash Protect does not cover delays due to customs or incorrect address information.
